Many congratulations to Jack McKechnie, Ian Gray and Jim McLaughlin, who successfully completed Kiltwalk’s ‘Mighty Stride’ on Sunday 30th April.

The trio set off from Glasgow Green and finished in Balloch Park, on the shores of Loch Lomond, 23 miles later.

This year the boys were walking for MND Scotland (Jack and Ian) and Parkinson’s UK (Jim).

Most of us are already aware of these conditions and some have personal experience of them too.
