Guild Donates £3,000 to Kirk Funds
A huge thank you to Houston & Killellan Guild who recently donated £3,000 to church funds, as a result of their fundraising efforts over the last session. Guild convener Moira Dunlop and treasurer Isabel Haddow presented the cheque to Rev Barbara Ann Sweetin during Morning Worship.
The money, which was raised through the Autumn Cream Tea, the Christmas Market, the Daffodil Tea and extra donations from members by way of sewing and knitting, will be put to good use over the coming months. Thank you and well done everybody!
The Guild were also delighted to allocate an additional £2,000 to the following charities and groups:
