Houston & Killellan Kirk will host World day of Prayer this year.

The World Day of Prayer is a global, ecumenical movement of Christian women, joining together to observe a common day of prayer.

It is a tradition dating back to the 19th century and is run under the motto “Informed Prayer and Prayerful Action”.

Today World Day of Prayer is celebrated in more than 170 countries around the world.
