1st Houston Boys’ Brigade is looking for a new Captain – Can YOU help?

We have a thriving Boys’ Brigade in Houston but we need to recruit a new Captain to help us run our Company and build on our achievements.

Captains are responsible for the overall running of the Company, living out the organisation’s object, vision, mission and values and ensuring a safe space for all.

Essential skills include:

Ability to manage, inspire, motivate and lead a team of volunteers

Excellent communication skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships

Planning and organisational skills
